Kettlebells are ringing

Hi y'all!

I am back with yet another popular gym class. Recently I picked up a renowed health mag at my friend's and one of the inspirational stories was about a lady who lost tons of weight by taking up 'Kettlebell'. That reminded me how much I actually enjoyed kettlebell sessions at my local gym.

At first I thought kettlebell would be similar to body pump; a class that involves resistance/weight training exercises. Turns out I was wrong, it is a cardio workout where the weight is used to create a momentum which in turn makes me sweat in places I never knew existed!!

Kettlebells

The bells range from 4-20 kgs. As a beginner I would recommend the 4kg kettle bell for women and 6kg for men. Personally it took me approx 2 weeks to increase the weight I used. To my surprise I had consistently improved after every class.

It is important to get past how ridiculous you may look when exercising with a kettlebell but if you would like to see improved core strength and toned muscles. I highly recommend this class. They are very popular and almost available in every leisure centre nationwide.

Try a class today if you are medically fit and let me know what you think.

Thanks for reading.
