Group Cycling


Or 'Spin'


I was told that the hand grips on the bikes at our differ from the original 'Spin' class. Different grips or not, it is an intensive workout where you will burn calories whether you are naturally slim or considered 'obese'. I tried this class when I weighed around 13st and I couldn't stand up on the bike to do the hill rides but I carried on cycling for the full 40 mins. That first class had definitely got me hooked but alas I didn't go back until Nov 2011.

Hi y'all!

I went to my first step class in months. It felt like torture!! Fitness levels drop like flies, I barely made it through the warm up. How I survived the whole 50 mins is beyond my understanding. 

So what is step?

Inspired by Alis Mcwhirter I have decided to take this blog in a different direction. 


I have been struggling to lose weight since 2008 (in fact - 1999). That is a 'VERY' long time to try and do one thing for any normal person. Do you know anyone who has taken so much time??
